Development
I have observed his properties to be maintained in excellent condition and found his tenants very happy with the customer service provided by Welker. In addition, Welker has been very sensitive to the historic preservation needs of the Northside communities. I have worked with Welker during the sales of his properties and found him to be honest and trustworthy in my interactions. Overall, I find James Welker to be a positive influence in the Northside Communities and support his redevelopment efforts.
